Way Green Ring Lo Mystery Cache

Easy field puzzle. Shouldn't even need a calculator. Final container is oddly constructed from "junk", be careful on retrieval...

Planned on a multicache here, but wanted placement to be non-intrusive to neighbors and passersby. When I saw the cache that used to be nearby was archived, I knew I had to try to secure this "real estate"  I settled on a field puzzle that takes visitors on a lovely urban stroll. The hardest parts about this cache will likely be avoiding muggles, bouncy gps signals, and finding parking.

Almost a year after our first hide, Uptown Shortcut (GC40HP8) Now, Tracker JACS brings you a Downtown Shortcut.

At the posted coordinates, you'll find a series of informative signs about the history of this neighborhood. Find the one that highlights our family-favorite 1500 feet of downtown. Three hyphenated numbers appear on the sign detailing the complete transformation of this area. Add up the three spelled-out numbers. Add that three digit number to this cache's posted North coords

At the Welcome Waypoint, count the letters mounted on the brick. Add that number to this cache's posted West coords.
