This cache is on private commercial property with the full knowledge and permission of the owner.

Maybe not munchkins. How about pygmies? Hobbits? Elves? Whatever. If nothing else, maybe it's a good spot for an easy cache.

The property these caches are on is located near what used to be known as Rose Hill. It was founded in 1879 and once included a school, church, and Rose Hill Cemetery. The cemetery is located just southeast of here. See cache GC2Y1TF.
