Geocache Description:

This one shoudln`t be too tough to find. Bring tradeables if you like, there are quite a few inside. There is a pen and pencil inside as well.

The behavior of badgers differs by family, but all shelter underground, living in burrows called setts, which may be very extensive. Some are solitary, moving from home to home, while others are known to form clans called cetes. Cete size is variable from two to fifteen.Badgers can run or gallop at 25–30 km/h (16–19 mph) for short periods of time. Badgers are nocturnal. In North America, coyotes sometimes eat badgers and vice versa, but the majority of their interactions seem to be mutual or neutral. American Badgers and coyotes have been seen hunting together in a cooperative fashion. If you are looking for an extra hunting expidition, see if you can find the dead badger (or its bones) near this cache. If you are worried about the badger (kids, or weak stomach), it is not near the cache itself, we only mention it because we found it on the way to hide the cache. Happy Hunting; Family Find.
