Bridge to Eagle Traditional Cache

The coordinates will take you to a training course where horse back riders can practice going through gates, opening mail boxes and crossing bridges etc while in the saddle. An opportunity to practice essential equestrianship and to allow the horse to get used to obstacles. You are looking for a cache hidden on my son's Eagle Scout Project (check the Cache Name) - close by.

Many Boy Scouts transition from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts by crossing a symbolic bridge and go through the ranks of Tenderfoot, 2nd class, 1st class, Star and Life. Only 2 percent of boys starting in Boy Scouts continue on to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. One of the Eagle Scout requirements is to plan, prepare, look for funding and execute a major project development. My son has the love of horses and decided to give back to the horse back riding community by building a training bridge.

Trail access is on the south side of the parking area. Take the Three Elks Trail to the T in the trail and bear left onto the Ridge Loop trail. Continue straight onto Berry Bear trail to the cache.
