This cache will be a quick find, but we're making you work for it. There are very few sections of the Ice Age Trail that are not scenic. This section of the trail follows McKenzie Creek and takes you through some very interesting and beautiful terrain. The cache is approximately 9/10's of a mile in from the trailhead, but we encourage you to go a little farther to explore more of the creek and Margaret Lake.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the Cumberland office of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form.
