Ova pumpa je dugo vremena bila ofarbana kao Darth Vader, ali odnedavna je ponovno prefarbana, ovaj put kao August Šenoa. Jedan od najznačajnijih hrvatskih pisaca August Šenoa autor je prvog modernog romana, “Zlatarevo zlato”, a zbog njegovog doprinosa hrvatskoj književnosti, to razdoblje naziva se Šenoino doba. Šenoa je umro u 43. godini kad je kao gradski senator po hladnoći skrbio za unesrećene u Veliom zagrebačkom potresu 1880. godine.
This pump was magnificently painted for a long time as Darth Vader, but recently, the pump has been repainted again, this time as August Šenoa. One of the most important Croatian writers, August Šenoa, is the author of the first modern novel, "Goldsmith's Gold", and because of his contribution to Croatian literature, that period is called Šenoa's era. Šenoa died at the age of 43 when, as a city senator, he took care of the victims of the Great Zagreb earthquake in the cold in 1880.
