AS-IR #7--Junction Traditional Cache
Trail Reader: My daughter and I ran a maintenance check on all of my caches in Arroyo Seco. Those on Indians Road hadn't fared very well. With the container missing here and GZ compromised, it's time for archival. Thanks to all who visited!

A series of seven caches placed along a roughly two-mile stretch of the Arroyo Seco-Indians Road in the Arroyo Seco Recreation Area, Los Padres National Forest.
This is cache AS-IR #7. Since I needed to get back to the campground and pack up my gear, this was my turnaround point today. Although this steep trail was unmarked on both of my trail maps, I believe it to be a connector to the Santa Lucia Trail. The next time I'm back in the park, I'll check it out!
The cache is a 35mm with a log. Please bring your own pen.
Day use fees are $10.00 and parking is available in the Gorge lot. After parking, walk through the closed gate to the beginning of the unpaved road--Arroyo Seco-Indians.
