Imagine you could drill from these coordinates clear to the center of the Earth and out the other side. Where would you end up? Use your GPS or computer to figure out the answer. You will use the answer to this question to find the final coordinates.
Use this code to answer the questions below:
1. Convert the letters in the answer to numbers.
i.e. A=1, B=2, C=3, etc...
i.e. Africa = 1-6-18-9-3-1
2. Now add all the numbers together and follow any extra instructions.
i.e. Africa = 1+6+18+9+3+1 = 38. Add 100 to the answer. (The answer is now 138. These will be the last three digits of your coordinates.)
Now to the questions:
1. What ocean do you pop out in? Multiply this number by 4 and then add 32 to it. (This will be the last three digits of your N coordinates.)
2. What is the nearest large land mass? Multiply this number by 9 and then add 30 to it. (This will be the last three digits of your W coordinates.)
