Permission has been granted from the land owner to hide the cache here. Please do not open any gates - there is no need to enter the pasture in order to make the find.
This location is the bottom of the valley between Coteau Lake and Stockwell Lake. At certain times of the year there may be some inquisitive livestock present but there is no danger provided you stay out of the pasture. Rumor has it there once was a golf course on top of the hills you can see on the left; however, I have not yet found anything to confirm that claim.
