I have always enjoyed the Mountain Bay Trail and I noticed that there are not very many nearby caches on it, so I decided to place one. You can park on Cardinal Lane, where there is also access to the trail. The cache may be accessible in winter, but probably not when there is tons of snow. The cache is a peanut butter jar. There is a movie pass in it for the first to find. Please do your best to put the container back in the same way that it is.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Douglas Hartman of the Brown County Parks Department in conjunction with the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
