Chapel Downs Primary School is a large U6 multi-cultural contributing school catering for students from Year 1 to Year 6. It is located on a two school site of 5.5 hectares, bordering Chapel and Dawson Roads in Flatbush, Auckland, New Zealand
Chapel Downs has an enrolment scheme and the Home Zone borders Murphys Road, Redoubt Road, Aspiring Avenue, Te Irirangi Drive and Ormiston Road. See Enrolling for further details and information.
The school is surrounded by new housing sub-divisions and is experiencing roll growth from the school back towards the Botany Town Centre. The school community identifies itself with the Eastern Corridor/Botany with over 70% of Year 6 exit students being enrolled at Howick Intermediate.
We also have the Chapel Downs Family Service Centre building on site. This Centre caters for families within the local community. The school administers all the Parental and Health courses such as Plunket and allows the Chapel Downs Early Learning Centre to operate within the Centre. The Early Learning Centre is administered by a Trust Board.
