Recommended parking is at the coordinates given. From here, you can proceed North and get several caches. There is some roadside parking available farther north, but they are mostly blind hills. You have been warned!
Enjoy the Wild Goose Trail. This cache is available through many methods: walking, bicycling, horseback riding, and even snowmobile riding. You are looking for a winter-friendly micro slightly off the trail.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Bill Ehlenbeck, CPRP, Manager of Parks and Trails - Dodge County. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager. The DNR Notification form and land manager information can be obtained at http://dnr.wi.gov/files/pdf/forms/2500/2500-118.pdf
This series is dedicated to the people who make geocaching so much more fun. LDove is one of those people. I first met LDove in EMT classes. She was the assistant to our teacher. Didn't recognize her at first when I began running into her while geocaching. We eventually made the connection. Recently, LDove has started making special bracelets for breast cancer patients to give them encouragement for the journey. I love sharing these evenings with her and the whole group.
