One of the reasons that I like this slough is that the circulation is unusual. Sometimes the rising tide rushes in from the west, sometimes it flows in from the east! Either way, it can be VERY shallow at low tide, so watch your prop (if you have one)!
Go to the listed coordinates and answer the following question: is there a sunken 18-foot sailboat, named "Neophyte" here?
If the answer is "no", subtract .054 from the latitude and add .112 to the longitude to get the final coordinates.
If the answer is "yes", subtract .011 from the latitude and subtract .291 from the longitude to get the final coordinates.
