Geocache Description:

This cache is a few feet away from old cache that kept disappearing.
Let us know if mini toys are running out and we will replenish.
No need to step into plants or cross behind rope.

Come to Sea Grove park and when you get close to this cache take a seat. You can grab and go, but I'd suggest, you give yourself at least 10 minutes to sit on this bench. Breath in the fresh air coming off the ocean, watch the pelicans, sea gulls, and keep a keen eye out for dolphins. It's hard to feel sad in the presence of dolphins. If it's sunset, enjoy and keep your eyes peeled for a Green Flash. Look at the plaque in front of the bench, and say a quick thanks to Nancy Hoover. She was my buddy Nina's mom and when we were growing up in Del Mar, a real role model for us young girls. She was part of a group of Del Martians that worked to preserve open space. I'm so greattful that Sea Grove Park and now Power House Park are preserved for the public to enjoy.
