Geocache Description:

This cache has been placed to coincide with the nearby GC4QN1J Brook Meadow Bag-Up CITO event on 24th November 2013

At the above location, you will find a brightly coloured and informative sign board.
Find the phone number for “Marian F” and write it down as 01243 ABCDEF

Take a short walk to N 50 51.039 W 000 56.134 and look for a memorial plaque.
Write down the Pilot's No. for Arthur Woods as JKLMN

The final cache location is given by N 50 5(A-E). (B-D) (N+A) M W 000 5(L+C). F J L

The cache container is a screw-top plastic jar of about 0.5 litre capacity.
Please ensure that you replace it well out of sight, so that it will not be found and destroyed by local youngsters.

Please bring your own pen or pencil to write in the log.
Any "Find" claims not supported by a log entry will be deleted.

Brook Meadow is a lovely wet meadow in Emsworth which consists of around 5 acres of grassland, surrounded by woodlands and flanked by two streams.
Rich in wildlife of all kinds, Brook Meadow is full of birds, insects and wild flowers and has Water Voles in the river.
It is designated as a Site of Importance for Nature Conservation and is also a Local Nature Reserve.
