This cache is located in the central lakes estate in Caboolture. When I first bought in this estate this particular spot was in full working order. Unfortunately it hasn't been working for a while now. You can access this cache by parking in one of the car parks dotted along the lake. You are looking for a small sistema container, BYO pen.
