Cache is hidden a bit away from the views so muggles will be less likely to notice your searching. Not winter friendly, but is a tiny bit sheltered, so if you want to dig...you may find it.
The hike starts at a gentle grade through a mixed forest. At the 0.6 mile mark (arrows point to the right) you will start up rockier terrain, often as big slabs. So, be careful of wet or icy conditions! The forest now is open oak with plenty of winter views (much better on the hike out, when you are facing the views) with a few summer viewpoints.
