One of my favorite areas in Oatka Creek Park reminds me of our visit to Santa Fe Recreation Area, outside the New Mexico state capital. The aspen trees are glorious, especially in autumn, which is the season we visited Santa Fe several years ago. I’ve been thinking about setting up this cache, since hiking through on an autumn day and seeing the beautiful yellow aspen leaves in the sunlight. You are looking for a small camo covered pill bottle at the final coordinates. Bring your own pen/pencil, tweezers my be handy. Kokapelli travel bug is starting from here, dreaming of Santa Fe as its goal.
