Geocache Description:

360° view of the desert. In my honest opinion, this is one of the most beautiful places in Israel.

As you can see in the photos, the cache is hidden about 1m from the green trail mark, so if you find yourself away from the trail - you're looking in the wrong place! It's hard to get there, especially when coming from the north: it involves climbing ladders with your hands, over high cliffs. But the cache is very easy to find once you're at the GZ. You can combine it with Ein Akev fountain for a circular day trip from Sde Boker (aka Sede Boquer in geocaching.com). It's a small detour (about 200m) from the National Israel Trail. IMPORTANT: There's no need to get off the marked trails to reach and find this cache. So please don't get off marked trails!
