Geocache Description:

A traditional ammo can in the woods. This cache is a replacement for Shelby City Park 2 which replaced Shelby City Park.

We decided to place a new cache a couple hundred feet from the old to prevent whoever muggled the old cache from returning to it again. We had one of our old caches in this park emptied of its contents three times.

The best way to approach this one is to park at the pavilion at the back of the park and go down the stairs behind the parking to the trail. I am rating the terrain a little high due to the new leaves on the ground. Be careful this time of year. The leaves are slick and may conceal holes.
