Up and Under Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

inspicio: One or more of the following has occurred:

No response from the cache owner.
No cache to find or log to sign.
It has been more than 28 days since the last owner note.

As a result I am archiving this cache to keep from continually showing up in search lists and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Should you like to resurrect the cache please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache

The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.

If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

This cache is located in a scenic part of the Shoalhaven, overlooking the Coolendel camping grounds.  Access is gained via Illaroo Road, Budgong Road, and the Illaroo Fire Trail.  4WD's will get to within 75m of the cache, while some 2WD vehicles (depending on clearance) will only get to within 200m (approx).  Feel free to pull up well short and walk in if you wish.

The cache container is NOT suitable for swaps or trackables.  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OF AGE, AS THERE ARE CLIFFS AT GZ.  OLDER CHILDREN SHOULD ALSO BE GIVEN A HIGH DEGREE OF SUPERVISION.There is a small drop or two to jump across, but well within the means of the average bush walker. Take a picnic as the views are quite spectacular.  #  Phone coverage with Telstra dropped out around Budgong Road, but was reaquired at GZ. If you have a GPS I would recommend taking it.

###Congratulations to J+J.au and Baja15 on a combined effort for the FTF###
