Geocache Description:

"THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES!

This is a Quarterly Cache.

Would like to thank Sludge_Shoveler for allowing me to use his idea.

The coordinates list above have nothing to do with finding the cache. There is nothing there to find, but water.

According to the Cache Listing requirements/Guidelines, caches "that have the goal to move (“traveling caches”), or temporary caches (caches hidden for less than 3 months or for events) most likely will not be published."

This is a "permanent" cache intended to remain at its current location for three months plus one day. Thus the name: Quarterly Cache. This cache will be available for the months January, Febuary and March 2014. Then it will be archived.

If things work out you will see another cache placed for April-May-June and so on.
