Geocache Description:

Sonar?
No contacts, Captain.
Good. First, let's see if there is any news.
Aye, Captain. Bow planes up ten, stern up ten. Read the depth.
Planes ten aye. Planes ten aye.
Forty meters.
Thirty meters.
Twenty.
Fifteen.
Both planes zero.
Planes zero.
Level at thirteen point five meters, Captain.
Sonar?
Still nothing, Captain.
Let's take a look... All clear up top. Surface the boat.
All set to blow!
Blow the ballast!
Watch to the bridge! Open the vents! Electrics off, start the diesels!
Sonar, send our position. Let me know if there is anything for us.
Aye, Captain.
...
Ahh, Captain?
Yes?
We've received a signal. I have decoded it, but it is double encrypted. Your eyes only, sir.
Thanks Sonar. Tell the First I'll be in my room.
Yes, Captain.

You retreat to your cabin with the cypher machine, open the safe and pull out an envelope. The instructions in the envelope says that the captain's code for today is:
Reflector B, Rotors: Gamma, III, V, II; Rings PKFO; Start: QAXL; Plugs: FB GP IC QL SD TR VO WJ YE ZU.
Ten minutes later you emerge from your cabin and after another minute at the chart table with everyone watching apprehensively, you turn to the First Watch Officer.

First - we have a job to do. Head nor-nor-east at maximum. We'll stay on the surface for a while, charge the batteries, air the boat.
Certainly Captain. Come right five degrees rudder, speed seventeen knots. Navigator - new bearing zero two two degrees.
Rudder right five degrees aye.
Course zero two two degrees aye.
Speed seventeen knots aye.
Rudder to zero.
Rudder zero aye.
Heading reports zero two two degrees, sir.
...
