(I can maintain this cache only a couple times a year since I live a few hours away now, but visit occasionally. If anyone local wants to take over ownership of this cache, let me know!)
Here is a small park down by the Saranac: South Platt Street Park. It had room for one more cache in it, so why not?
I wish I knew what this part of the park used to be used for. There are half a dozen or so street lamps in the middle of a grass field pointed towards the middle. If anyone knows, please share! You're going to have to do some bushwhacking to get into this one and this is the reason for the 2.5 terrain rating. Have fun!
