The little blue penguin cache can be found near a power spot. I don't know the official name of it but I would call it am mini power house.
Once again it does not have a pen or pencil.
It is in a used peanut butter jar. If you have a strong peanut allergy don't open it. It may still have slight traces of peanuts in it. Sorry.
