When: NOTE CHANGE OF DATE! 12pm-1pm, MONDAY June 9th 2014. Sorry for the last-minute swap with GC4VER3 Herm from Herm!
What: A picnic event to talk caching and swap travel items in lovely, dramatic, historic surroundings.
Where: At the eastern tip of the island, on the coastal path just south of Fort Quesnard; the closest point to France.
Why: Because there are caches on Alderney to be found (just 2 in 2010; nearly 40 now!) and if an event will bring more cachers to the most remote of the Channel Islands to find them, that's reason enough for me. Basically it's one of those 'because it's here' things :)
Who: Cachers from far and wide, I hope. Plus their offspring and dogs. New to caching or cache events? You'll be made especially welcome.
