I-96WS #11 - Celebrate Winter Traditional Cache

This cache is part of the I-96 Winter Series (I-96WS).

Winter is my favorite season (of course). This series of geocaches
will be available from the first official day of winter to the last.
All of the geocaches should be easy winter-friendly park-n-grabs,
so you can cache on through the winter.
