BYOP - I realized after I left GZ that the pencil intended for the cache was on the floor of the geo van... Also please secure cache lid properly.
We have a group of church friends that get together every Christmas for a Progressive Dinner the first Saturday in December. We started this tradition in 1998 with about 7 families just as we were beginning to have kids. Now there are about 14 families with over 30 kids. Having 60+ people in one house gets a little crazy, but we all enjoy it. When we started, we had four courses: Appetizers, Soup/Salad, Main Course, Dessert. Over the years, we dropped the main course since it was hard to keep warm and we had plenty of food with out it. In the beginning we did an gift exchange, which turned into an ornament exchange. After we all had plenty of ornaments, the adults just started making a donation to a local charity and the kids did a candy exchange.
This multi will take you to 4 Omaha eateries: Drinks & Appetizers, Soup & Salad, Main Course, and finally Dessert. Each course has a container with coords for the next course and will hopefully be accessible all winter long - depending on where the snow piles end up. You could walk off the calories between the 4 courses, but it would take significantly longer as it would be an 11.2 mile trip. Feel free to participate in the 'gift exchange' at the dessert stage.
