CYMRAEG-Welsh Hen Heol ydy un o heolydd hynaf Llanelli. Dyma yr hen brif-ffordd Rhufeinig o Gasllwchwr/Leucarum I Gaerfyrddin/ Moridunum. Aeth yr heol ar draws yr afon Llwchwr, yna drwy Bynea, Llwynhendy, Cwmcarnhywel, Y Pemberton, Capel, yna ar hyd Heol Abertawe, trwy ganol y dref, i fynnu Hen Heol, yna drwy Strade ( yn wreiddiol: Ystrad du) a Trimsaran ac yn y blaen. ENGLISH-Saesneg Old Road is one of the oldest roads in Llanelli as it is was the main Roman road from Leucarum (Casllwchwr/Loughor) to Moridunum(Caerfyrddin/Carmarthen). The road went across the Loughor river then through Bynea, Llwynhendy, Cwmcarnhywel, Pemberton, Halfway, Capel then along Swansea road through the town centre and up Old road. Then to Trimsaran and so on.
