Duluth Lakewalk Power Trail #2 Traditional Geocache

It's time that Duluth has a power trail. Since it was below 0 when I planted the caches, it is a very short trail, but maybe others will help to add to it in the future. Also, Paandtina needed some winter caches this year and unless we get another 3 feet of snow, these should continue to be winter-friendly as well as very accessible when there is no snow.
