Geocache Description:

A path in front of Imamiya shrine was Mizukubo River. You can observe a stone bridge buried in pavement.

今宮神社にキャッシュを置きました。横の樹で頭をぶつけやすいので、ご注意を！
目の前の道は何の変哲もありませんが、水窪川の跡です（音羽川という呼び方もあるようです）。現在は暗渠化されて下水道になっています。神社前の舗装に石が埋まっていますが、それはかつて川に架かっていた今宮橋という石橋の床版です（情報源は書籍「東京『暗渠』散歩」（洋泉社））。
