Happy New Year! Did you know there was a park here?
My wife bought me some new geocaching supplies to hide more caches. This, however, is not one of them. As I was scouting locations in this park, it occurred to me that there are plenty of nice hiding spots for a larger child-friendly cache. But then I thought that we adults need to enjoy this playground, too. So, enjoy this challenge!
I had a good caching year in 2013 despite setbacks due to a skiing accident. I managed to reach two of my goals: to find 100 caches in the year, and to break 200 finds within the year. I've got some new goals and resolutions for 2014. I hope to add more states to my geocaching map, increase my finds by another hundred or two, and place somre more hides in some of my favorite places in the area. So, here's to a new year! Happy 2014.
