On the 10th of January 2004, the very first EarthCache was 'placed' by Geoaware and his two daughters on a headland 3 hrs south of Sydney, Australia. EarthCache I - a simple geology tour of Wasp Head is still an active EarthCache.
10 years later, there are over 17,000 EarthCaches worldwide, on every continent! Join us in a worldwide celebration of the 10th Anniversary of this wonderful and educational Earth Science type of Geocache.
