Signal on Washington Mystery Cache

The town of Villa Park allows you to adopt fire hydrants. Signal the Frog lives on Washington Street because that is where Groundspeak HQ is located. This is a two stage cache. There is a code on the hydrant you will need to solve the puzzle and find the final coordinates. There is also a Virtual Ghost TB that you can discover on the hydrant. Happy hunting!!

Stage 1 - The posted coordinates will direct you to Signal's hydrant. When you arrive at Signal there is a four digit number on the back of the fire hydrant that you will need to solve the puzzle below and calculate the final coordinates of the cache. There is also a Virtual Ghost TB on the hydrant that is discoverable (please log). Please be respectful in the area of stage one, it is a residential area.

Stage 2 - The final coordinates are located at: N41° 52.ABC W087° 59.DEF

A = Add the first and third numbers together

B = Add the first and last numbers together

C = Subtract the first number from the last number

D = Subtract the third number from the second number

E = Subtract the first number from the fourth number

F = Same as D

In the cache container is a trackable for the first and second to find. Also, while you are in the area feel free to visit the park that is nearby. My grandbabies refer to it as "grandma's park". Enjoy!
