Now THIS is winter in Wisconsin! Traditional Cache

Two years ago this week, we placed a cache (Is this Winter in Wisconsin) in honor of near record   WARM temperatures.

Today, we placed a cache in honor of near record COLD temperatures.

***At time of placement, the temperature was -14 degrees and the wind chill was -40***

This cache is located in a public park. Please park in the parking lot. Park and grab. Winter friendly when we placed it. However, depending on how it's replaced or if more snow/snow plows come, it may not be.
