Geocache Description:

This micro cache is logbook only (bring a pen!), hidden on the bike path side of a little lookout tower near the river bed running along El Dorado park.  While at the site, take a look at the scenery of the park, and also be sure to admire the local art installation of two Space Invaders, work inspired by the French urban artist, "Invader".  No need to climb on the tower!

From Wikipedia: "Space Invaders (スペースインベーダー Supēsu Inbēdā) is an arcade video game developed by Tomohiro Nishikado and released in 1978. It was originally manufactured and sold by Taito in Japan, and was later licensed for production in the United States by the Midway division of Bally. Space Invaders is one of the earliest shooting games and the aim is to defeat waves of aliens with a laser cannon to earn as many points as possible."

From Wikipedia: "Invader is the pseudonym of a French urban artist, born in 1969, who pastes characters from and inspired by the 1978 arcade game Space Invaders, that are composed of small colored square tiles forming a space invader character mural mosaic. He does this in cities across the world, then documents this as an "Invasion", with books and maps of where to find each invader. His website was started in 2008."
