You'll find this cache where you join the old tramway at the end of the village, a short walk from the marina. This part the tramway can be slightly muddy in wet weather as it has not been upgraded. Port Bannatyne is lovely little village with a little tearoom and marina. It also has a memorial to the work carried out during the war on midget subs which is worth a look.
The cache itself is a small tupperware type box, with a small notpad and pencil inside, inside a bag to protect it from the weather.
