Nice place to take a walk if you have nothing better to do. If your a true cacher you never have anything better to do!

Nice area to take a stroll down 4th with your dog or loved ones.I say stroll because there isn't much parking except on residential streets nearby.Enjoy the well manicured areas along the path and be mindful of muggles!
