01607 in Plain Sight Traditional Cache

Icthus' cache, 01607 has had many problems over the years so I needed to do something drastic. I have made major adjustment so here it is completely redone and revamped. 

A simple P&G for those who just like numbers but in keeping with the original cache name it will begin with the number 0. Ratings are higher than the original. Since it is so different I have decide to create a new cache and archive the original one, to allow re-finds without the need to have a duplicate cache log show up on your stats.
