I have resurrected the "Hello World!" cache. The original owners, mochigirl and e6b_nfo, archived it after the cache was muggled shortly before their departure from Japan. This cache was the 3rd cache I found. I thought it was very clever and cool in a really cool place so I thought I would bring it back. If you found the original cache, this will not be a challenge for you. The original description reads as follows:
This cache is located at Fureai Bashi, which crosses the Meguro River and joins into the Meguro Citizens Community Center. In the spring, the river is beautifully lined with Cherry Trees. Please come and see how many ways you can say 'hello.' Maybe it is a good place to study language!
This cache only contains a log, so please bring a pen. It is bigger than a micro but not quite small. Please replace the cache as you found it and beware that there are eyes watching from the windows.
I still think this is a cool cache so in the interest of international communication learn to say "hello" to the world in more than a dozen languages. If you don't find your mother tongue say hello in your language in the logs. We can all find a common ground in geocaching.

このキャッシュは、目黒川を横切り、目黒市民コミュニティセンターを連絡するふれあい橋に位置しています。春には、川の横に美しい桜が並んでいます。ここに来て、どの位の言葉で挨拶できることを勉強しましょう。 言語を勉強するには良い場所です！
このキャッシュは、ログだけが入っているので、ペンを持って来てください。このキャッシュは、マイクロですが、「small」より大きい。元の隠れた場所に戻してください。窓から見ている目があることを注意してください。
このキャッシュでは、国際的なコミュニケーションの利益のために十数言語で世界に"こんにちは"と言うことを学ぶことができます。
