Just trying to place a few more winter friendly caches in town. I occasionally drive home this way, and one day I had an idea of squeezing a few caches in along 1st Ave N. The large 'No Parking' signs must have been hiding or invisible that day, however. So of course when I tried to implement the aforementioned plan those signs decided to reappear. Or they were there the entire time and I was just oblivious to their presence from the beginning. Either way, they put a large damper on things. I was able to get one placed at least, and here it is.
