Welcome to Heflin, Alabama! Heflin is in Celburne County. In the year 2000, the population was 3000. Heflin was first settled in 1882 as a station on the railroad line from Atlanta, Georgia. Heflin incorporated in 1886. Heflin abuts the northern portion of the Talladega National Forest.
