The town of Dronfield is twinned with Sindelfingen in Germany. There is corresponding park in Sindelfingen called Dronfieldpark, which contains a red telephone box and post box. This park was named Sindelfingen in the early 1990's to commemorate the partnership.
There is a large play area for the kids, and a beacon that erected as part of the European Unity celebrations in 1992.
The cache is a small film canister, and I have put in a few swappables and a travel bug to get things rolling.
There's always a few dog walkers about, so stealth will be needed! Make sure when replacing the cache it is really wedged in securely, so it is not easily dislodged.
