We drive this route regularly and have watched the largest wind farm in the area grow from nothing to a significant number of wind turbines. On every trip towards Jeffreys Bay, as we get to this area, the counting starts. Bad visibility hampers the process but you should have the numbers of mills by the time you get to Jeffreys Bay.
Make sure the passenger counts if you are on the move.
