The cache is located in a very nice, well maintained cemetery where there are active groundskeepers. There are finely trimmed trees and some are sculpted along with nice monuments. The coordinates take you to the VFW monument where the final coordinates are easily obtained. Please use stealth and always pay respect.
UPDATE: 4-4-20: moved final location due to sicko, idiot muggle. It is now close to first stage. The container is now a small jar and can hold some items.
