Cache is not at listed coordinates. This is my tribute to things that happen in February such as Groundhog Day, Super bowl, Valentine's Day and Presidents Day. You are looking for a green container and lots of parking is nearby. Bring a pen. FTF trackable coin is included to be moved on.
