Geocache Description:

Staunton Country Park is a listed Regency landscaped parkland and forest encompassing approximately 1,000 acres in Hampshire, we thought what better place to send you on an adventure.

This is one of 6 of our Cache's that we have cleverly placed around Hampshire's National Parks. SO COME AND HAVE FUN!

Our team set off in February 2014 in our little pink car.

As you come out of the car park cross the road and walk down the steep gravelled hill until you see the Terrace. As you walk closer to the terrace you will see the beautiful view of the lake. Walk down closer to see the birds enjoying their daily swim and follow the path as it vears round to the left away from the lake. Keep going along the path which runs directly next to a little stream. Where the stream opens up into what looks like a mini pond vear left again, do not turn off the path but carry on walking. In front of you you will see a fence and behind this fence is a golden field. Search near the fence and in between the trees.

Cache placed with the kind permission of Staunton Country Park.
