Geocache Description:

This is a piece of old western history for this area. A double holding cell jail just off highway 395. Prisoners would be held here until they could be transported to the Lassen County jail in Susanville. The construction of this old jail is very unique. It will be worth the (TIME) just to check it out. Enjoy. BYOP. (Log only). Caution, watch out for goat head thorns.
