He climbed up the hilltop,
On a crisp morning breeze.
With a sense of adventure,
And of elegant ease.
He'll find this place slowly,
A seldom used way.
A place for adventure,
A cache for LK.
From the Deer Creek Trail parking area, follow the needle through the cactus field, across the wash, and along the well defined ridge line. It's a bushwack all the way, and the terrain rating is reflective of the last 500 feet or so. At this point, stop following the needle, and weave your way through the bushes to find the best way to the cache. It's not terribly thick, but you won't be able to "go direct" from here. ****** Congrats Team OPJim for FTF honors.******
