PLEASE even if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, park at the listed coordinates and DO NOT DRIVE IN on any of the farmers access roads. I do not want my friends who are the farmers here to have to see their roadways all torn up from these vehicles and the local police will not be afraid to ruin your experience, even though it is town land. Parking is close enough and during the warmer weather sports a johny on the spot. There are also garbage cans here for your trash. If you take your dog, please clean up even if you are where it seems that it shouldn't bother anyone - again not out to upset the farmers or anyone hiking by having them step in your firends duties. There are also lots of geese, deer, coyotes, bear, hawks .... so keep your friend safe and on leash. The local farmers depend on these crops so don't help yourself to anything thinking no one will miss just one or two things. These caches were placed keeping an eye out for poison ivy vines but there is no way to be sure we missed it all so keep your eyes open. The roadway is not smooth and can be very MUDDY in the wet season so watch your step and dress your feet accordingly. Mostly just enjoy a nice hike.
